One-Time Start-Up Fee
$250 (Required for Social Media Management Clients)
This one-time onboarding and setup fee ensures that all accounts, assets, and brand information are properly organized for a smooth and effective working relationship.

Social Media Management Notes
(Please Review Before Booking):
- Intentional Media Company handles all scheduling and publishing unless otherwise stated.
- Each month’s content will be planned and finalized by the 25th of the month prior.
- Clients are responsible for providing timely approvals and feedback to avoid delays in posting.
- All payments are due on the 1st business day of each month.
- A $150 late fee may be applied to payments not received within 10 days.
- Any services outside of the outlined scope will be quoted and billed separately.
- Content creation sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
- Failure to provide timely approvals may result in delayed or skipped content for that posting cycle.
- Results are not guaranteed, as performance varies based on platform algorithms, industry, and audience behavior.
- Ad spend is not included in management or campaign pricing and must be funded separately by the client.
- A signed contract and onboarding fee are required before services begin.
- All content creation sessions and monthly content shoots located more than 15 miles outside of Readyville, TN will incur a travel fee of $1 per mile (one way). Travel distance will be calculated from Readyville, TN to the shoot location.

Do I have to sign a contract?
Yes! All social media management clients are required to sign a contract. I offer 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month options depending on what fits your needs best. This helps both of us stay aligned on expectations, deliverables, and goals—and sets us up for the best results possible.
How involved do I need to be?
As involved as you want to be! You can be very hands-on or completely hands-off. The only thing I do require is at least one point of contact from your team to review and approve content. This ensures everything is accurate and aligned with your business, industry, and messaging.
How soon will I see results?
Social media is a long game, not an overnight fix. While some clients may see an increase in engagement within the first few weeks, real growth typically builds over 2–3 months of consistency. It’s also important to remember that social media is constantly changing—algorithms shift, trends evolve, and not every post will perform the way we expect. That’s why I focus on strategy, consistency, and adapting along the way to get you the best results over time.
